Recliner Warranty
Our recliners have a Limited Warranty to the original consumer under normal residential use. Submitted claims must be accompanied with proof of purchase. There is no warranty for commercial, rental, business, or institutional use.
Mechanism and Frame
The black metal parts of the reclining mechanism and the wooden frame parts will be free of defect in any workmanship and material for as long as the original consumer owns the furniture. Replacement of these parts will be made at no cost as long as supplier parts are available.
Leather
All leathers are warrantied against defective material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers seam failure as well. Excluded is fading, stretching, dye lot variations.
Natural markings such as scars, brands, wrinkles, grain variation, etc. will be considered normal characteristics and not construed as defects.
Motorized Parts
All motors, vibrators, and electrical components will be free of any defect in workmanship and material for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
All Other Parts
All other parts will be free of any defect in workmanship and material for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Procedure for Claim
Any defect covered by this Warranty that is reported during the first year from the date of purchase will be repaired at the expense of the manufacturer, except for the cost of packing and shipping to and from the factory if need be. After one year, the consumer will be responsible for all labor and shipping costs. Parts will be provided at no cost if still covered under Warranty.
