Leather Furniture South offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. It is one of very few such guarantees offered in our industry on custom order goods. Typical furniture industry policy is that once and order has been made, an order cannot be canceled for any reason whatsoever.
You can contact us anytime within the first 30 days after delivery to request that you wish your furniture to be returned. You will then be contacted by our delivery representatives in your area to schedule a pick up of your merchandise. The furniture must be returned in the original condition in which it was originally received, and you will be responsible for the costs associated with the return shipping; i.e. pick-up, repackaging, freighting, inspection.
Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected to insure that it has not been abused or damaged. Once inspected, we will refund the purchase price to your credit card, less the return shipping costs aforementioned, and the cost of any repair needed due to abuse/damage.
NOTE: Special Orders, Hair-on-Hide Orders, Custom pieces, or unusual configurations, are excluded from this offer, and cannot be canceled.
DELIVERY
Freighting and Drop Ship Delivery to your home within the continental USA is charged at 8% of the invoice total of your furniture.
In-Home
delivery and set-up are available for a flat fee of $100 given normal access. Difficult access or extensive stair climbs will result in additional charges. Our delivery representatives will unpack, inspect, and place the furniture
in your home—all debris will be removed.
In-home
delivery items
are scheduled for delivery when they reach your
regional delivery warehouse. At such time, youll
be contacted by the local delivery company to arrange
a delivery time. Deliveries are made between 8
a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and scheduled
within a four-hour window. If you choose not to
schedule delivery within 30 days, any remaining
balance will be applied to your credit card and
applicable storage fees will apply.
Additional
delivery charges may apply if you live in a remote
area, and you may be limited to a specific delivery
schedule.

As
your delivery date nears youll receive an
e-mail from a Leather Furniture South representative
to notify you of any remaining balance. Unless
otherwise specified, this balance will be collected
from the same method of payment used for your initial
deposit. At that time, if you would like to use
an alternative method of payment, please reply
back directly to that e-mail, or call Leather Furniture
South.
PAYMENT
Leather
Furniture South encourages you to use your major
credit card for your purchases. It is the quickest,
safest, and most convenient way to expedite your
order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Leather
Furniture South will accept both personal and certified
checks. If you pay by check, be aware that your
order will not be processed until your deposit
check has cleared. Also, we will not be able to
release your merchandise for delivery until your
final payment check has cleared.
Leather
Furniture South will accept cancellation of your
order until which time that the leather has been
cut for that order. After such time, it will be
to the sole discretion of Leather Furniture South
as to the final determination of your order. A
cancellation and/or a re-stocking fee may result.
ORDER
ACCEPTANCE
In
cases where manufacturers inform us of changes
in availability, you will be notified as soon
as possible. Such information can cause delays
in your estimated shipping time. Leather Furniture
South is not responsible for such changes in
availability or for any other inadvertent error
on our site.
SERVICE
You
have purchased a fine piece of heirloom quality furniture.
In the rare instance that you do have a problem with
your furniture, Leather Furniture South works hand
in hand with both Furniture Medic and Total Leather
Care professionals coast-to-coast to assist you.
These are both national networks of certified furniture
and leather repair experts. If a problem occurs with
your furniture, at time of delivery or during the
warranty period, contact us and well expedite
the servicing of your problem.
